Manifesto
I
believe the Federation must combat falling membership levels by becoming much
more open with members, more vigorous and effective in serving them and keeping
them better informed what is being done on their behalf.
The NFSP must become better at listening to members by seeking out and obtaining
feedback. The Federation needs to demonstrate much greater awareness of
members’ concerns. Its communications need to become livelier and more
relevant to members needs.
If you elect me as General Secretary I will not let you down. I promise to give
the Federation the continuity, stability and leadership expected from a General
Secretary.
You will have my full commitment without distraction. I resolve to move the
Federation forward and make it fit for the future by embracing the best of what
we already have and putting into place what we should have.
This
